Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be redeemed for Noir’s products or services. Gift certificates are non refundable.

Group Bookings

A group booking is a great way to celebrate for a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, or other social or corporate gatherings. Bookings of five or more people are available with a discounted rate of 10% for spa services only. Please contact our group booking coordinator. Not to be combined with other promotional offers.
*A 30% deposit is required for Group Bookings.

Cancellation

Whether you need to change or re-schedule your appointment, please allow 48 hours advance notice. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the service charged to your account.

Arriving

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow proper check in to inform us of any health concerns and so we can help you prepare for your services.

Lateness

If lateness occurs, services will result in customizing your service to fit the remaining booking time.

To maintain a relaxing environment:

Please do not bring children under 10. Please mute all electronic devices upon entering the facility.

Facial, Massage Therapy & Body Treatments:

You will be asked to complete a health form to ensure the most effective and safe treatment possible.

Methods of Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash and Noir Gift Certificates. We do not accept cheques.

Taxes & Gratuities

Taxes & gratuities are not included. Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion and appreciated by the staff for outstanding service
